چکیده
The Qinghai–Tibet Plateau in China is a region strongly impacted by climate change, yet its effects on the keystone endemic forest species Picea crassifolia Kom. are unknown. Understanding changes potential distribution and habitat suitability of P. with change will contribute to water conservation, management, ecological protection upper reaches Yellow River. A total 129 records data 19 environmental variables were chosen for modeling. MaxEnt (maximum entropy) model was used analyze main factors affecting two periods (2050s 2070s) four representative emission pathways (RCP 2.6, RCP 4.5, 6.0, 8.5). results follows: (i) most important percentage variance explained altitude (41.85%), precipitation driest month (19.76%), slope (12.35%), annual (6.56%), wettest (5.73%), warmest quarter (5.12%); (ii) shifted northwest into high-altitude areas under scenarios, but core concentrated northeastern Plateau, Qilian Mountains, southern Ningxia, Helan Mountains; (iii) area suitable significantly future, not suitable, low, moderate, high exceed 60%.

Quantifying Florida Bay habitat suitability for fishes and invertebrates under climate change scenarios.
The Florida Bay ecosystem supports a number of economically important ecosystem services, including several recreational fisheries, which may be affected by changing salinity and temperature due to climate change. In this paper, we use a combination of physical models and habitat suitability index models to quantify the effects of potential climate change scenarios on a variety of juvenile fish...
متن کاملModeling Current and Future Potential Distributions of Caspian Pond Turtle (Mauremys caspica) under Climate Change Scenarios
Although turtles are the most threatened taxonomic group within the reptile class, we have a very limited understanding of how turtles respond to climate change. Here, we evaluated the effects of climate changes on the geographical distribution of Caspian pond turtle (Mauremys caspica). We used an ensemble approach by combining six species distribution models including artificial neural network...
متن کاملPotential geographic distribution of Prangos ferulacea (L.) Lindl. in Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari province under climate change scenarios
Prangos ferulacea (L.) Lindl is a perennial plant that besides fodder and medicinal values the plant can help to control soil erosion. There is little knowledge about the effect of climate change on the Prangos genus especially P. ferulacea. In this study, we used ensemble modeling based on five species distribution models to predict the potential effects of climate change on the future geograp...
متن کاملModeling the current and future suitable habitat distribution of Fritillaria imperialis under climate change scenarios and using three general circulation model in Iran
Climate change may pose challenges to the conservation of plant species such as the Fritillaria imperialis that have narrow geographical distribution. In this study, the modeling suitable habitats of F.imperialis in Iran was done in the current condition and under climate change (2050). For this purpose, 78 species presence data along with 12 environmental variables including bioclimatic, physi...
متن کاملModeling the habitat suitability of Botak-e-Fars, Cyprinion tenuiradius Heckel, 1849 and determining the impact of Climate Change on its distribution in Fars province
In this study, environmental and climatic variables were used as independent variables to determine the habitat suitability of Cyprinion tenuiradius in Fars Province and to investigate the impact of climate change on its distribution. Modelling was conducted in an R software environment using the MaxEnt algorithm. Based on the results, the performance and accuracy of modelling were good (AUC = ...
